What is Vintage Clothing?
Vintage clothing is usually second hand clothing from previous fashion periods.
The pieces are generally one-off and quality is superior to that of today,and usually not made in China.
Unique Vintage is actually from the era and made at that time.
Periods of interest for most people are 50’s, 60’s, 70’s.
1920’s fashion is very cool but some of the pieces need to redesigned because they are perhaps a little too old fashioned. Pieces like sequined Flapper dresses need to be kept short and sexy.
Vintage pieces that work well, are pieces that can be integrated into the current wardrobe, that are stand-out and fashion forward, therefore becoming unique, retro, and cool.
